Middle blocker Risa Sato has found a new home with the Chery Tiggo Crossovers in the PVL after her departure from Creamline in November of last year.
The Crossovers announced the acquisition of multi-titled Sato on Wednesday, a few days before the resumption of the PVL All-Filipino Conference on January 18

Sato won 10 PVL titles including the Grand Slam last year with the Cool Smashers, the league’s winningest team.
Article continues after this advertisementAt Chery Tiggo, Sato will reunite with her National University teammates Jennifer Nierva, Cess Robles, Jasmine Nabor, Joyme Cagande and coach Norman Miguel.

"This series is not just about the two teams playing; it's about reviving the spirit of hockey in Delhi. We hope this will inspire more young players from the region to take up the game," Harmanpreet stated in a press release issued by Hockey India.
The Crossovers are currently at solo fourth with a 4-2 record in the All-Filipino action.
